About Lemonade Day:
Lemonade Day is a national community-wide educational program that teaches youth the entrepreneurial skills necessary to start, own, and operate their own business: a lemonade stand. The program's mission is to help today's youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers, and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow... one lemonade stand at a time!

Lemonade Day Brownsville is happening on Saturday, June 18th, 2026, throughout the city of Brownsville.

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation, is thrilled to present the Lemon U Workshop for all Lemonade Day participants. This engaging and informative event will take place on Monday, July 13th, from 3 PM to 5 PM, at the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization.

What to Expect:
During this interactive workshop, experienced instructors will guide you through the essentials of business ownership. You will learn the four crucial steps to success:

1. Setting a Goal
2. Making a Plan
3. Working the Plan
4. Achieving Success

This workshop is designed to equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills they need to run their own lemonade stands effectively and confidently.

Who Can Attend:
The workshop is free and open to all registered participants of Lemonade Day. This workshop is the perfect opportunity for your child to learn and grow.

Does your young entrepreneur have what it takes to be the Best of the Zest?

We want to hear their business pitch! Encourage your youth to register for our Best of the Zest Business Pitch Competition, where they'll have the opportunity to showcase their creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and presentation skills.

Whether they're sharing their marketing strategy, customer service approach, or what makes their lemonade stand stand out, this is their chance to shine and compete for the title of Best of the Zest!

Parents and guardians, help your youth register today and cheer them on as they take the next step in their entrepreneurial journey!

What to Expect:
Only three participants will have the opportunity to pitch their lemonade stand business to a group of community members. As a participant in the Best of the Zest Business Pitch Event, participants will have a true entrepreneurial experience, gaining valuable business knowledge and skills that can be applied to current and future businesses.

Who Can Attend:
The event is free and open to three participants of Lemonade Day Brownsville. Upon registration, participants will receive additional instructions, a PowerPoint presentation template, and pitch tips!
